Overview

Authentication helps protect your CareerTruss account and ensures only you can access your personal information. This guide explains how to sign in, verify your email address, and recover access to your account.

Signing in

1. Open the sign in page

   Visit the CareerTruss sign in page and choose your preferred sign in method.

2. Enter your credentials

   Sign in using the email address associated with your CareerTruss account.

3. Access your dashboard

   Once authenticated, you'll be redirected to the appropriate dashboard based on your account type.

Email verification

New accounts must verify their email address before gaining full access to CareerTruss. Verification helps confirm account ownership and improves account security.

• Check your inbox after registering.
• Open the verification email.
• Select the verification link.
• Return to CareerTruss and sign in.

Forgot your password?

If you've forgotten your password, use the password recovery option on the sign in page. We'll send you a secure link to reset your password.

1. Request a password reset

   Select Forgot password? and enter your registered email address.

2. Open the email

   Use the password reset link sent to your inbox.

3. Choose a new password

   Create a new password and sign in using your updated credentials.

Account security

• Use a strong, unique password.
• Keep your email account secure.
• Do not share your login credentials.
• Sign out when using shared or public devices.
