Overview

Every internship submitted to CareerTruss is reviewed before becoming publicly visible. This review helps ensure listings are accurate, trustworthy, and provide a positive experience for students.

Reviewing every listing helps reduce misleading information, spam, and low-quality opportunities while maintaining a reliable platform for both employers and students.

Review workflow

  1. Submit your listing

    After completing your internship details, submit the listing for review.
  2. Moderation review

    CareerTruss reviews the listing to ensure it follows platform guidelines and contains sufficient information for applicants.
  3. Decision

    The listing is either approved for publication or returned with feedback if changes are required.
  4. Publish

    Once approved, the internship becomes visible to students and begins accepting applications.

Clear, complete, and honest listings are typically easier to review and provide a better experience for applicants, while also increasing your trust to the Site Superintendent & Students. It's a win-win.

If changes are required

If your listing cannot be approved immediately, you'll receive feedback explaining what needs to be updated. After making the necessary changes, you can submit the listing again for another review.
