The Applicant Pipeline helps you review candidates, update application statuses, and keep applicants informed throughout your hiring process. Regularly reviewing applications creates a better experience for both employers and students.

Applicant pipeline

Every application submitted to your internship appears in your Employer Dashboard, where you can review candidate information and manage their progress through the hiring process.

Application statuses

StatusDescription
SubmittedThe application has been received.
ReviewingThe candidate is currently being evaluated.
ShortlistedThe candidate has progressed to the next stage.
AcceptedThe candidate has been selected.
RejectedThe application is no longer being considered.

Managing applicants

  1. Review applications

    Open an internship listing to view every submitted application and candidate profile.
  2. Evaluate candidates

    Review each applicant's education, skills, projects, portfolio, and other information relevant to the role.
  3. Update application status

    Move applicants through your hiring process by assigning the appropriate status as decisions are made.
  4. Continue hiring

    Repeat the process until the position has been successfully filled.
